V1.1.1 Update

- Fixed The Test crashing the game when he spawns or respawns (I hope)

- Added The Test in the last end slideshow

I'm still really not sure if it will actually fix the crash though so I'll let you guys test it and tell me if it's actually fix the crash or not. The only downside about The Test now is that he can now spawns in the same hallway that you're in but at least he won't spawn on you and he also gave you 5 seconds headstart as well when you first time encountered him.
